We understand that managing an estate sale can be overwhelming, particularly when it comes to high-end properties in Metro Atlanta. That’s where we come in. Our team of experts is here to provide you with comprehensive, professional estate liquidation services that cater to the specific needs of luxury estate sales.

Atlanta Area Estate Liquidation Services

When it comes to high-end estates in and around Atlanta, the process of liquidation is a delicate and nuanced one. Estate liquidation involves the comprehensive sale of the estate’s assets, including all belongings and property. Our team of estate liquidators works closely with estate owners to price and catalog each item, taking great care to ensure that the process is seamless and hassle-free.

In keeping with the discerning tastes of our high-end clientele, our estate liquidation services offer a range of options to maximize profits and minimize stress. Our team of experts can facilitate an auction-type setting where interested parties can place bids on the items of their choice, with the highest bidder securing the item. Alternatively, we can also offer a cash buyout option for those who prefer to purchase the contents of the estate in their entirety.

Our fee is commission based. This commission percentage is based on the amount of inventory included as well as how much time it will take to properly prepare for a successful sale. The percentage varies and will be determined at the initial consultation.
